Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Cohort Cancellation (100% Full Refund)

If your personal schedule or corporate project priorities change prior to the start of your training program, you may cancel your enrollment with zero financial penalty:

• Notice Period: Written notice submitted at least 48 hours prior to the published start time of the first live class session.
• Refund Amount: 100% of tuition paid, with no administrative deduction or handling fee.
• Processing Speed: Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

2. 14-Day Student Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the quality, rigor, and depth of our DBeaver curriculum. If you attend the live sessions and feel the instruction does not meet your technical expectations:

• You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the course start date, provided you have attended the initial live sessions and completed the Module 1 lab exercise.
• Our academic director will review your feedback to ensure continuous program improvement, and your refund will be issued promptly.

3. Free Cohort Rescheduling & Seat Deferral

Life happens. If unexpected personal emergencies, illnesses, or urgent enterprise production issues prevent you from attending your scheduled cohort sessions:

• You may transfer your registration to any subsequent cohort of the same course within 12 months of your initial registration at zero additional cost.
• All previously completed coursework and lab credentials can be rolled over to the new cohort date.

4. Corporate & Group Training Cancellation Terms

For dedicated corporate workshops and private departmental cohorts:

• More than 14 Days Notice: 100% refund of any deposit paid, or free rescheduling to a mutually agreeable date.
• 7 to 14 Days Notice: Full credit toward future training or a 75% refund (25% retained to cover dedicated cloud sandbox provisioning and instructor scheduling reservation).
• Less than 7 Days Notice: Free date postponement within 6 months, or 50% refund.
• Attendee Substitutions: Corporate clients may substitute registered personnel at any time prior to the first class meeting with zero penalty or paperwork fees.

5. How to Initiate a Cancellation or Refund Request

To submit a formal request for refund or cohort transfer, please follow these simple steps:

2. Include your order confirmation number, invoice number, or phone number on file.
3. Alternatively, speak directly with our admissions coordinator by calling +1 (582) 394-1278 during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST).

You will receive written confirmation of your refund processing from our finance department within 24 business hours.

6. Instructor or Provider Rescheduling

In the rare event that D&B Knowles System Learning LLC must reschedule a live class session due to instructor medical emergency or widespread cloud provider infrastructure outages, students will be offered the choice of an immediate alternate makeup session, transfer to an upcoming cohort, or a 100% prorated refund.
